TeleComp Acquires Beasley Technology of Oklahoma

December 3, 2019 – TeleComp Holdings, Inc., the Rogers, Arkansas, based technology powerhouse, with offices in Little Rock and Tulsa, announced the acquisition of Beasley Technology, Inc., the Cushing, Oklahoma, based technology firm, December 2, 2019.

This marks the second acquisition by TeleComp in the past 12 months. Beasley Technology was preceded by the December, 2018, acquisition of Tulsa, Oklahoma, based TeleGen Solutions, and the merger with Bentonville, Arkansas, based IPC Communications, in February 2017. The Beasley acquisition was completed on November 14, 2019.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

TeleComp Chief Executive Officer, Chris Beaty, commented earlier, “… the combining of IPC and TeleComp in 2017 was a significant move for our employees, customers and future strategic partnerships.”

Since 2017, TeleComp has differentiated itself by providing the highest levels of customer service and quality in its Cloud telephone system offering. When asked about future acquisition plans, Beaty responded, “…growth related to our acquisitions, both past and future, will come as a huge win to our customer base. Beasley Technology was a very special deal. Our TeleComp family is now 100+ employees strong. Each and every one of them are highly focused on providing the best products, service, and experience to our customers. The future growth of TeleComp will include strategic acquisitions, specifically in the mid to enterprise market as well as organic growth through the success of our loyal customer base.”

Gino Capito, TeleComp Chief Technology Officer, commented, “We’re excited to add over 25 additional engineering, installation and NOC (Network Operation Center) resources to our technical team. Through Beasley, TeleComp is now representing the full Extreme Networks portfolio, supported by our Black Diamond level certified engineers. This offering along with our Mitel Platinum Partner status sets us apart from any other provider out there.”

In 2018, TeleComp partnered with University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences to completely replace their 10,000 plus user phone system. When mentioned, Capito added, “…customers of any size will find enormous value in partnering with TeleComp.”

“Beasley has many synergies with TeleComp. One of the most apparent is the culture among its employees.” Robert Hines, TeleComp Chief Operating Officer, said. “The lines of business are extremely similar and complimentary to each other, but one of the most attractive components of Beasley, is the high degree of knowledge and drive that its employees bring to work every day. We are humbled to call all of the Beasley employees part of our TeleComp Team.”

The acquisition of Beasley Technology doubles the size of TeleComp. Geoff Beasley, Founder of Beasley Technology, will remain with TeleComp and be actively involved in the day to day business. Beaty commented in closing, “Our team has created our company’s success. TeleComp will continue to grow through strategic planning, “best in class” customer service and the knowledge necessary to deliver the best possible technology to our customers.
