Chris Beaty

CEO

As CEO, Chris oversees the strategic direction of the company and its employees. In the past four years, Chris steered TeleComp into an exciting period of growth that included the expansion to several locations throughout the Southeastern United States including Little Rock, Tulsa, Cushing, and Houston.

Throughout this high-growth period, Chris continues to drive and advance TeleComp’s vision of providing high-quality solutions to the communities it serves.

Chris has more than 15 years of experience in telecom operations, business operations and management. Prior to TeleComp, he worked at IPC Communications for 12 years as a partner and Director of Operations where he led the 2016 merger of IPC with TeleComp.

A native of Fort Smith, Arkansas, Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in real estate finance from the University of Arkansas. He and his wife live in Northwest Arkansas and have one daughter.

Ray Riddle

President

 

Ray Riddle is the president of TeleComp and manages the daily operations of the business and executes TeleComp’s strategic plan.

Riddle has worked in the information technology industry for over three decades. His experience and leadership have focused on developing and delivering technology-driven business services and solutions, providing outstanding customer service, and driving profitable revenue growth.

Before TeleComp acquired Beasley Technology in 2019, Riddle served as Beasley’s COO for ten years. He has also held multiple executive positions at SpiritBank, Sun Microsystems, and Data General.

Riddle holds a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from Saint Gregory’s at Shawnee, Oklahoma, and an associate’s degree in electrical technology from Tulsa Community College.

Gino Capito

CTO

 

Gino Capito is the chief technology officer at TeleComp.

In this role, Capito leads TeleComp’s internal data and security infrastructure, cybersecurity compliance, software development, and solution design divisions, oversees the company’s diverse product portfolios and strategies, and works closely with channel partners to drive software innovation.

Capito is a founder of TeleComp, and over the last 20 years, has been instrumental in supporting the company’s growth to over 100 employees in 7 branch offices across three states and several data centers with more than 250 virtual and physical servers.

Previously, Capito worked as a network engineer and co-founder of Platinum Technologies; a company focused on networking, servers, and Cisco VoIP. In 2003, he and a partner acquired Dixieland Computers and merged all client bases into what is now known as TeleComp. 

Gino serves on the Computer Information Systems Advisory Boards of the Northwest Technical Institute and Northwest Arkansas Community Colleges and provides technical counsel to the University of Arkansas at Little Rock’s technology program. Capito has also held positions on the Mitel Technical Advisory Board and the Mitel Documentation Task Force.

Capito studied computer science and mechanical engineering at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

Chris Elliot

CFO

 

Chris Elliot is the chief financial officer at TeleComp.

In this role, Elliot is responsible for the company’s overall financial management, including accounting, balance sheet management, credit and debt management, contract negotiation, and financial planning and analysis. He also leads the company’s human resources, procurement, and administrative services divisions.

Elliot has over 20 years of experience in accounting, finance, and management in the information technology, oil and gas, and public accounting industries. He most recently served as chief financial officer of Beasley Technology, a position he assumed in 2016. He joined TeleComp through the 2019 acquisition of Beasley Technology, in which he was integrally involved in the success of the merger.

Elliot holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting from Oklahoma Baptist University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Scott Reeves

Scott Reeves is the chief operations officer at TeleComp.

In this role, Reeves delivers integrated operations solutions for all lines of business by leading the company’s professional services, engineering, and project management divisions. He is also responsible for TeleComp’s virtual schools, training and customer experience divisions. 

Reeves’ career spans over two decades in Information Technology, with stints at major telecommunications companies, including Williams Communications Group and Level 3 Communications (now Lumen Technologies). He also served as Telecom Director and later as the IT Director for a major call center in Houston. Reeves joined TeleComp through the 2019 acquisition of Beasley Technology.
