Chris Beaty

CEO

 

Chris Beaty is the Chief Executive Officer at TeleComp, a full service I.T. company that supports leading organizations in government, healthcare, education, and business industries throughout the United States.

As CEO, Beaty oversees the strategic direction of the company and its employees. In the past three years, Beaty steered TeleComp into an exciting period of growth that included the expansion to several locations throughout the Southeastern United States including Little Rock, Tulsa, Cushing, Muskogee, and Houston. Throughout this high-growth period, Beaty continues to drive and advance TeleComp’s vision of providing high-quality solutions to the communities it serves.

Beaty has nearly 15 years of experience in telecom operations, business operations and management. Prior to TeleComp, Beaty worked at IPC Communications for 12 years as a partner and Director of Operations where he led the 2016 merger of IPC with TeleComp.

A native of Fort Smith, Arkansas, Beaty holds a bachelor’s degree in real estate finance from the University of Arkansas. He and his wife live in Northwest Arkansas and have one daughter.

Gino Capito

As Chief Technology Officer of TeleComp, Gino oversees the company’s Professional Services, Unified Communications and Infrastructure divisions. He attended University of Arkansas at Little Rock and studied Computer Science and Mechanical Engineering, as well as serving on several national technical advisory boards.

Gino and his family moved to NWA in 1998 and he began working as a network engineer. Shortly thereafter, he co-founded Platinum Technologies, a company focused on networking, servers, and Cisco VoIP. In 2003, he and a partner acquired Dixieland Computers and merged all client bases into what is now known as TeleComp. Gino is married with three children and enjoys roller skating, mountain biking, bears, beets and Battlestar Galactica.

Robert Hines

Robert is Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for the Sales Team, Human Resources, Marketing, Project Management and Virtual Education. He is extremely passionate about integrating teamwork through different departments and expanding the culture of TeleComp. Prior to working for TeleComp, he directed sales and operations for a medical supply company based in Little Rock for about 10 years. He graduated from the University of the Ozarks at Clarksville with a double major in Economics and Political Science. While in school he studied at George Washington University, Syracuse University and The City University of Hong Kong. He now resides near TeleComp’s Little Rock office and enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.

Chris Elliot

Chris Elliot serves as Chief Financial Officer of TeleComp. He joined the company through the 2019 acquisition of Beasley Technology where he spent the four years prior serving as CFO. He is a graduate of Oklahoma Baptist University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. As TeleComp’s CFO, Chris oversees the company’s finance department, accounting related tasks and administrative duties. Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, coaching his son’s baseball team, hunting and fishing.

Ray Riddle

General Manager

 

Ray is based out of TeleComp’s Tulsa, Oklahoma office. As TeleComp’s General Manager, he supervises the company’s procurement department, its answering service team, our solution architects, and customer relations. Before TeleComp acquired Beasley Technology in 2019, Ray was Beasley Technology’s COO for 10 years. He has also worked for major computer manufacturers, such as Sun Microsystems and Data General. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Saint Gregory’s at Shawnee, Oklahoma and an Associate degree in Electrical Technology from Tulsa Community College. Ray and his wife enjoy traveling, riding their ATV’s, and spending time with their grandchildren.
