Ray Riddle, President

Ray Riddle is the president of TeleComp and manages the daily operations of the business and executes TeleComp’s strategic plan.

Riddle has worked in the information technology industry for over three decades. His experience and leadership have focused on developing and delivering technology-driven business services and solutions, providing outstanding customer service, and driving profitable revenue growth.

Before TeleComp acquired Beasley Technology in 2019, Riddle served as Beasley’s COO for ten years. He has also held multiple executive positions at SpiritBank, Sun Microsystems, and Data General.

Riddle holds a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from Saint Gregory’s at Shawnee, Oklahoma, and an associate’s degree in electrical technology from Tulsa Community College. He is a Maxwell DISC Consultant with the ability to deliver behavioral assessments to individuals and teams. Riddle is a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach, Speaker, and Trainer.
