TeleComp Moving to Larger Office, Will Create 10 New Jobs

TeleComp Holdings Inc. of Bentonville will move in October into the top floor of a two-story building being constructed off Interstate 49 in Rogers, and it plans to add 10 full-time, salaried positions by 2019.

The company is the result of the February 2017 merger of TeleComp Computers Services Inc. of Bentonville and IPC Communications LLC of Rogers. TeleComp Holdings, which employs 25 people, provides infrastructure technology products and services to small and medium-sized businesses.

Beaty Capital Group Inc., a regional investment and real estate firm based in Rogers, has a 30 percent stake in Telecomp Holdings, another consequence of the merger. Beaty owns the property at 5104 S. Pinnacle Hills Parkway that TeleComp plans to call its new home.

Roger Thomas, TeleComp Holdings co-founder and chief business officer, said the new office will be 8,000 SF, which is double the space the company enjoys at its current office at 207 Main St. in downtown Bentonville. TeleComp Holdings also has an office in Little Rock at 921 W. Markham St.

Thomas also said the new company has already exceeded its three-year bottom line and top line revenue projections just 16 months into the merger, though he declined to disclose those projections or the private company’s revenue.

He also said TeleComp Holdings is on course this year to double the combined 2017 revenue of both TeleComp Computers Services and IPC Communications.

Thomas added that TeleComp is working now on partnerships to provide products and services to companies in Memphis; Oklahoma City; Kansas City, Missouri; and Kansas City, Kansas. It will continue to focus on its existing business in Arkansas and Tulsa as well, he said.

The company has done well since the merger, according to Thomas, because TeleComp gained a new Cloud product from merging with IPC, gained financial advisement from Beaty Capital Group and gained operational support that outpaces its current needs.

He added that employees moving into the new building will still have access to similar quality-of-life amenities. Many will have a better commute and the new centralized location will be more accessible and convenient for existing and prospective customers. The drive from the current to the new location is about 10-15 minutes, Thomas said.

The new location will also house TeleComp’s secondary network operations center, which will be a showpiece of the facility, he said. The company’s primary network operations center is in west Little Rock.
