TeleComp Appoints Stephanie Pirruccello as Chief of Staff and Director of Marketing & Communications

ROGERS, Ark. — Nov. 2, 2023 — TeleComp today announced the promotion of Stephanie Pirruccello to the dual role of chief of staff and director of marketing & communications. In this new capacity, Pirruccello will lead TeleComp’s marketing and communication efforts while also serving as a key member of the executive team. 

With more than a decade of experience in brand development and strategic project leadership, Pirruccello has established a reputation for her ability to translate complex visions into actionable plans.

Pirruccello previously served as TeleComp’s manager of special projects, where she led several key initiatives, including the implementation of a new Human Resources Information System (HRIS), the design of a company-wide job classification structure, and the establishment of an annual review process that has enhanced performance evaluations company-wide. She also played a central role in updating the company’s core processes, driving a revamp that increased efficiency and effectiveness throughout the organization.

Before joining TeleComp, Pirruccello spent seven years with the University of Nebraska System in the external relations department, where she promoted positive relations and outcomes between the university and its constituents. Following her tenure at the university, she spent several years building brands and managing strategic projects for numerous companies across diverse industries throughout the Southeastern United States.

As chief of staff and director of marketing and communications, Pirruccello will oversee the execution of marketing strategies, manage internal and external communications, and ensure that the company’s messaging is consistent and impactful. She will also be responsible for coordinating cross-departmental initiatives, supporting the executive team in achieving TeleComp’s strategic objectives, and serve as the executive sponsor to both the internal leadership development committee and the employee experience committee.
