With a distinguished background in both corporate strategy and public service, Babinec is poised to lead TeleComp’s sales initiatives with a focus on refining sales strategies and enhancing account management to meet the growing needs of our customers.

Babinec has been a valued member of the TeleComp team for the past three years, most recently serving as vice president of strategic planning. In this role, he played a critical part in supporting the Virtual Services Department and the Fleet Management Program. “We are thrilled to have Greg step into this new role,” said Ray Riddle, president of TeleComp. “His extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, coupled with his proven ability to lead and innovate, makes him the ideal candidate to drive our sales department forward.”

Beyond his corporate achievements, Babinec brings a wealth of experience from his time in politics and business management. Before his political career, Babinec was a successful entrepreneur, owning and operating multiple McDonald’s franchises, where he honed his skills in leadership, process management, and customer service.

As VP of Sales, Babinec will oversee the account management team, the inside sales department, and the business development team. He will be responsible for setting sales strategies, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring alignment with the company’s overall goals. His role also includes managing key customer relationships, implementing sales training programs, and collaborating closely with marketing to drive lead generation and sales initiatives.
