Chris Beaty, Chief Operating Officer of TeleComp, said “TeleGen’s history of putting Customer Service and Customer Experience as their top priority aligns perfectly with TeleComp’s mission. We are looking forward to having a brick and mortar presence in Oklahoma that will allow us to better serve our existing Oklahoma customer base as well as bring our cutting-edge enterprise technology solutions to TeleGen’s existing customer base.”
Beaty went on to add “I’m very pleased that TeleGen’s entire staff has decided to stay on and join our TeleComp family. We know that transitions can be difficult for employees and customers, but I want to reiterate that the names and faces that TeleGen customers are used to seeing will not be changing.”
TeleComp specializes in Hosted Cloud phone systems and contact centers utilizing its own proprietary cloud platform. Additionally, as a Tier 3 Phone and Internet Carrier, TeleComp delivers business fiber through its own fiber network and wholesale agreement with AT&T.
Roger Thomas, Chief Business Officer of TeleComp, said “With TeleComp having its headquarters in Northwest Arkansas, the Tulsa region is about half the distance as compared to our Little Rock office, which makes it geographically appealing. However, with TeleGen’s well tenured and experienced staff, and their customer footprint presence there for two decades, we believe that the speed of growth opportunity in the Tulsa area is great.”
After being asked about the success of 2018, Thomas added “It is so exciting to be part of the team that sky rocketed to the #4 Mitel partner in the United States. We are talking about a very special and exceptional growth rate. We have our sights set on being #1. We believe we have the products, the sales and support staff, and great customer relationships to hit that goal in 2019.”
In 2018, TeleComp secured its Platinum statuses with both Mitel business telephones and AT&T Partner Exchange program providing fiber sales and service, which makes it one of the largest service companies in the United States.
When asked about the most exciting technology that TeleComp will be bringing to the Tulsa area, Gino Capito, Chief Technology Officer for TeleComp, said “Campus and branch office technology has always been TeleComp’s forte, whether it be corporate enterprise, hospitals, education, or government. We are most excited about bringing Hosted, Virtualization, VoIP, SD-WAN, bandwidth and Managed Service offerings to our new customers.”
