Ray Riddle Promoted to President of TeleComp

ROGERS, Ark. – Jan. 2, 2024 — TeleComp Holdings Inc., a full-service technology company headquartered in Rogers, Arkansas, today announced the promotion of Ray Riddle to the position of president. In his new role, Riddle will be responsible for steering the company toward its strategic goals, ensuring that TeleComp continues to deliver exceptional customer service, and driving sustainable growth.

Riddle brings more than 30 years of experience in the information technology industry, with a proven track record in operational excellence and process management. His leadership has been instrumental in developing and executing strategies that have consistently delivered profitable revenue growth and superior customer satisfaction.

Riddle has been an integral part of the TeleComp team for the past four years, most recently serving as Chief Operations Officer. He assumed this role following the acquisition of Beasley Technology in 2019, where he had also served as COO for more than a decade. Before his tenure at Beasley Technology, Riddle held various executive positions at SpiritBank, Sun Microsystems, and Data General, demonstrating his extensive expertise and commitment to the industry.
