Warren Balcom

Director of Cybersecurity, Risk, and Compliance

Balcom is the Director of Cybersecurity, Risk, and Compliance at Telecomp. In this role, Balcom leads TeleComp’s cybersecurity solutions division, including cyber compliance services for multiple customers. He works closely with customers to provide industry-leading risk management services and solutions across multiple industries. His work has led him to being a featured speaker and expert panel participant and numerous conferences.

Before arriving at TeleComp, Balcom was President of Kalmer Solutions of Jonesboro, Arkansas, where he led the acquisition of 25 new banking clients (with networks totaling over 2000+ devices) and valued at approximately $10 billion in asset size. 

Balcom holds a B.S. in Business Management from Arkansas State University. He is also a Certified GRCA, GRCP (Governance, Risk Management, & Compliance Auditor/Professional), & CCSA (Certified Cyber Security Architect).

Warren lives in Benton, Ark., with his wife Paula. They have three children and four dogs. In their spare time, Warren and his wife enjoy the outdoors and spending time with friends.
